Enrollment in Clay County 4-H for the 2016-2017 year will begin after Aug. 15, 2016. Participation fee is $20.00 per 4-Her Aug. 15 through Oct. 31. After Oct. 31 the fee is $25.00. 4-Hers must go on 4-H CONNECT to enroll and fill out a form to be turned back into our office for our records. WHOA!
